You would not need a website to be a reseller. Depending on your location, offline sales may infact be much easier and rewarding.
A reseller can make payment via MoneyBookers, Bank Wire Transfer or by using Credit Card. The greater the initial deposit "buy in" the bigger the discount level on vpn accounts.
The advantage is that you get to set your own price and you do not have to release information about you users to us. Hence when they wish to renew, they simple contact you and if they have issues using the service you would act as a middle man and inform us of your users account issues.
To begin you would have in mind how many account you would like to buy in advance. Lets assume you would like 100 VPN accounts. After payment, you would receive 100 usernames & passwords. The accounts would be valid for 1 year from date of purchase and expire based on date of first use of the service. (1 month account would expire 30 days after 1st use) A buyer would then contact you to re-order a new account.
This is very useful to you as a VPN reseller because you can provide account details to your buyers instantly upon payment. We do not recomend that you resell online for several reasons. The main reason being that there is a lot of fraudsters buying VPNs using stolen credit cards and as a result you may suffer the consequences of chargebacks and transaction reversals. Selling offline gives you a much better foothold in the market you are selling too. Be creative and you will do okay!
